Artwork: All orders should be accompanied with 600+ DPI black and white camera-ready artwork. Photostat copies or letterheads are not acceptable and are subject to additional art charges. Factory reserves the right to clean up artwork without prior notification, when necessary, to bring art up to proper quality, strength, or size. A charge, not to exceed $40.00 (G) may be assessed for this. Should necessary charges exceed that amount, the distributor will be contacted for prior approval.

Terms: Prepayment or Net 30 days with credit approval.
Credit Cards: Factory accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express as prepayment on orders only. Freight will be charged separately.
Production Time: Allow 1 week to produce artwork suitable for engraving. Normal production time is 7-14 days after approval of artwork. Rush service is available with a 15% (G) charge. Minimum charge of $30 (G) for all rush services.
Make-Ready and Set-Up: There is a charge of $45.00 (G) for make-ready and set-up per location. There are no make-ready charges on identical re-orders. Where multiple logos and etching areas are involved in a single design, additional make-ready charges may be required. If only straight-line copy is to be etched the make-ready charge is $35.00 (G).
Personalization or Copy Changes: $6.00 (G) to change one or two lines of copy.
Make-Ready (Conversion): When artwork is reduced or enlarged in exact proportion and resized for another product, the charge is $10.00 (G).
Merchandise Returns: No returns will be accepted for credit without prior authorization.
Paper Proofs: There is no charge for the first two paper proofs on new orders. Additional paper proofs are $5.00 (G).
Cancellations: Orders cancelled will be subject to payment for all make ready costs, plus all applicable product and production costs.
Color Fill: Standard colors available are Gold, Silver and Black, $10.00 (C) per piece. Colors other than standard are $12.00 (C) per piece plus a Non-Standard Color Set up of $150.00 (C). No PMS color match. Add two (2) working days to normal lead times.
Co-Op Pricing: Use end-quantity pricing.
Custom Products: We will work with you to fulfill your custom product requirements. Contact factory for additional information.
Shipping: All orders are shipped F.O.B. factory, California. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. There is a $5.00 (G) charge for all drop shipments after the first location. Customer must supply master lists and/or labels. When shipping on the customer’s account, there will be a $5.00 (net) handling charge per box applied to invoice.
International Shipments: International shipments are shipped exclusively via Fed Ex. Freight costs will be billed to the customer and a $30.00 (G) charge will be added for all international documentation. International shipments are sent taxes and duties collect unless prior arrangements are made.
Large Quantities: For pricing on quantities larger than those listed in the catalog, please contact the factory.
Product Variances: Some products inherently have bubbles, chill marks, flow lines, and other variances. These are not considered defects. If you have any questions about how this may affect the product you are ordering, please contact factory.
Blank Merchandise: Use end-quantity pricing.
Product Availability and Pricing: All catalog prices are effective through December 31, 2021. However, we reserve the right to withdraw any item from our line and to change pricing or services, at any time, prior to accepting an order for shipment. All items are subject to availability.
Random Samples: Prepaid, returnable within 30 days, less any shipping and handling fees. Samples valued at $15.00 or less are not returnable.
Speculative Samples: Speculative samples will be billed at the one quantity price plus set-up charges. When spec samples result in an order, set-up charges will not be charged again, and the cost difference between one quantity and actual order quantity will be charged.
Second Side engraving: There is an $8.75 (G) to engrave a second side or location.
Claims: All orders are shipped F.O.B. Factory. The distributor must make claims for damage with carrier. Claims must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Replacements will be shipped via the same shipping method as original shipment. Any upgrade is the responsibility of the customer.
Specifications: Dimensional sizes may be rounded to the nearest 1/8″. We reserve the right to change specifications prior to our accepting an order for shipment.
Trademarks: All liability for the proper use of a trademark rests with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples any item produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights.
